How eAssessment and eLearning help apprentices become work-ready
The changing apprenticeship landscape presents challenges and opportunities for training providers, assessors and assessment organisations. With increased governmental focus, ambitious targets and more employer ownership, there is great potential for improving the quality and scope of skills development via apprenticeships.
Digital learning technologies can enhance apprenticeships for organisations currently involved in work-based learning and those just getting started.
eCom, in partnership with the eAssessment Association, hosted a live Twitter Chat on Tuesday 16 May to discuss how eAssessment and eLearning help apprentices become work ready. Topics discussed included how technology can support apprenticeship audiences and increase accessibility, and whether technology can enable more rapid deployment of apprentices into a live project.
