Mobile-led multilingual product knowledge training solution

Hyundai required an mlearning solution that would allow them to quickly train sales dealerships on an important product launch whilst also reinforcing the company’s customer care philosophy.

eCom’s learning management platform, eNetLearn, was used to develop the Hyundai Mobile Academy. Training was delivered through a set of 4 microlearning modules and the system had a detailed reporting capability.

Mobile access of training allowed for on-the-go learning which played to the needs of the sales staff and with sales tracked down to individual level, managers were able to fully track and monitor learning.
