Service Desk Agent
Good Customer Service is something we're passionate about and we're currently recruiting for a Service Desk Agent to join our Customer Support Team.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be a good communicator, have a natural ability with people, not be intimidated by technology or terminology and be able to express complex ideas simply and elegantly.
We are looking for an individual who will thrive on learning new things and have a desire to continually progress in the role and take on additional responsibility.
Experience of working across multiple time zones and cultures is desirable as is the ability to adapt to the varying requirements of the people you'll be helping.
You'll be comfortable debugging and quality testing and although you won't be coding, you'll be happy talking to developers and using products like Github and Slack to keep up to date with product development.
A true team player, you'll be implementing process improvements as well as developing support practices.
